Why should I choose Alleviate Cleaning Service?

At Alleviate we pride ourselves in our attention to detail. Every home is different and we handle each home respectfully and with grace. We hire trustworthy representatives who are great at communication. 

What are the guidelines on Cancellations 

You can cancel and reschedule your clean 48 hours before the time of your service.
If you cancel after 48 hours you will receive a credit for your next clean. You will be allowed to reschedule your clean with this credit.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled clean you will be fully charged for the service.

How do I pay?

Online through our booking system. The transaction will be completed once the service finishes.

What time will the cleaners arrive?

Our hours of operation are between 8:00am-5:30pm. The arrival windows are between 8:00am-10:00am, 12:00pm-2:30pm, & 3:00pm-4:30pm. When you schedule you will be informed of the arrival window. The day of the clean, the Representatives will inform you when they are on their way and an estimated time of arrival.

How do I provide special instructions?

We are happy to hear any special instructions or accommodations. You can call or email us anytime before your appointment and we will follow your instructions. 

Should I tip and if so how much?

There is absolutely no pressure on tipping. If you would like to tip, the Cleaning Representative would truly appreciate it. There is no expectation on a certain amount.

Do you use harmful products?

No, our products are safe for adults, infants, pets, and the environment. We do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals.

What if I am unsatisfied with my clean?

Clients, especially the first time, undergo a walkthrough of the home with the cleaner in case they have questions or concerns. If you do, the cleaner will fix them at that time. If you are not home when the cleaner finishes you forfeit a walkthrough. You must inform us no later than 24 hours after the initial clean and a touch up clean must be scheduled within 2 days.

Who will be cleaning my home?

We understand that allowing someone into your home is very personal, but we assure you that we employ trustworthy and professional Cleaning Representatives. Each of our Representatives are trained to the quality of Alleviate Cleaning Service brand. We hold integrity high so each cleaner undergoes a rigorous screening process with an extensive background check. 

What should I do before Alleviate Cleaners arrive? 

These requests will guarantee an efficient cleaning. 

  • Please put all pets in a safe place so that our cleaners work comfortably. 
  • Wash all dishes in the sink. 
  • Pick up any toys or clothes from the floor 

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No, we know that you are busy so as long as our Representatives are provided either a spare key or garage code; they will enter and perform the service. After they are done they will lockup.

Is Alleviate Licensed, Insured, & Bonded?

Yes we are! We carry full general liability insurance with binding.

Do I need to provide anything?

We bring all products and equipment so you can focus on other important things. *If the home is a move-in/move-out please be sure that there is a toilet bowl scrubber.*

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

We respect every home we enter. If we damage or break something, we will do the right thing and try to fix or replace the object. Additionally, each cleaner is fully insured with general liability insurance with bonding and claims will be filed accordingly.

Are prices negotiable?

No, the prices are calculated to provide you with the best quality clean at an affordable price.

Do you clean outside the home or garages?

We do not clean any surfaces outside the home or garages.
